CODE OF CONDUCT

Every student of the College shall uphold the values of discipline, integrity, and respect, maintaining the dignity and decorum expected of a law student. Students are required to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations prescribed by the institution.
Affordable Legal Education
  • Students must maintain good conduct both within and outside the college premises.

  • Loitering in corridors during class hours, shouting, causing disturbances, damaging college property, or engaging in physical violence will be treated as acts of serious indiscipline. Students found guilty of such misconduct are liable for strict disciplinary action, including rustication.
Fees and Dues
  • All students shall pay the prescribed fees and other dues within the stipulated time. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or withholding of academic privileges.
Examinations and Academic Integrity
  • Students shall not indulge in, encourage, or abet any form of malpractice or unfair means in connection with examinations or any other academic activity of the college.
Identity Card
  • Every student shall be issued an identity card, which must be carried at all times and produced on demand—for borrowing library books, obtaining a no-dues certificate, entering the examination hall, or for any official verification.

  • In case of loss, a duplicate card will be issued upon payment of the prescribed fee.
Attendance and Academic Engagement
  • Regular attendance in classes is mandatory. Students must actively participate in academic sessions and maintain consistent performance.
Parent–Teacher Interaction
  • Parents or guardians are expected to meet the Principal or concerned faculty members whenever requested. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the student being discharged from the college.
Notice Board and Announcements
  • Students must regularly check the college notice board for announcements regarding class tests, examinations, special classes, events, scholarships, attendance updates, and other important information.

  • Ignorance of such notices shall not be accepted as an excuse for missing deadlines or losing benefits.
Tours, Picnics, and Meetings
  • No student shall organize or participate in any tour, picnic, or meeting connected with the college without prior written permission from the Principal.
  • Students must obtain written consent from their parents/guardians before participating in any such college-approved activity.
Student Association
  • Elections will not be conducted for the formation of any student association within the college.
Library and Reading Room
  • The library provides a wide collection of books, journals, and reference materials. Students are expected to handle all materials with care.
  • Any loss or damage to borrowed books must be compensated by replacing the book or paying the prescribed cost.
  • A separate reading room facility is also available for academic use.
